Nude Skin Beauty by Karima: General Terms and Conditions
Scope of Application
These general terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the General Terms and Conditions) govern the relationship between Nude Skin Beauty by Karima (hereinafter referred to as "NSB") and the customer (hereinafter referred to as "Customer").
Cosmetic Beauty Services
Nude Skin Beauty by Karima offers non- and minimally invasive cosmetic treatments as a service. These treatments are conducted under specialist medical care as mandated by law. The duration of each treatment is determined by the specifics of the individual case. Sessions commence promptly at the scheduled time. Any extension to the booked treatment is subject to availability and can only proceed if it does not disrupt other scheduled appointments.
Scheduling Cosmetic Services
Appointments for cosmetic services are considered binding upon registration. In the event that a customer is unable to attend a scheduled appointment, we kindly request cancellation at least 48 hours in advance via phone or in writing (letter or email). During weekends, cancellations should be made at least 72 hours in advance. Failure to cancel within the specified timeframe will result in a charge for the booked treatment or a minimum fee of CHF 100. This policy applies equally to complimentary consultations. Please note that the selection of a specific beautician is not contractual and may be subject to change at our discretion.
Invoicing and Payment Terms for Services
Invoices for treatments must be paid within 30 days of invoicing. If the fees are not paid on time, default interest and other costs may be incurred. Open receivables and debt collections can be passed on to third parties.
The client agrees that the attending therapist will provide the data required for invoicing and collection to NSB, based in Opfikon, 8152 Zurich.
Liability for Cosmetic Treatments
Customers are required to notify NSB in writing of any obvious treatment defects within 3 calendar days of recognizing the issue. Failure to do so will result in the exclusion of warranty rights. We do not provide further warranties or warranty services regarding the compatibility or success of treatment methods and products used.
The liability of Nude Skin Beauty by Karima and its agents is limited to cases of gross negligence and intentional acts. These limitations do not apply to injuries to life, body, and health, or to product quality and fraudulently concealed defects. Claims for damages arising from breaches of essential contractual obligations are limited to typical and foreseeable damages. Liability under the Product Liability Act remains unaffected.
Claims for damages against Nude Skin Beauty by Karima expire three months after the termination of the treatment, unless they are asserted within this period. We cannot be held liable for damages caused by incorrect information or omission of essential information by the customer.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions can only be used for the specified services/treatments. It is not possible to offset other services/treatments. Subscriptions are personal and cannot be transferred. Subscriptions expire no later than 18 months after issuance. The refund of paid subscriptions is not possible.
Self-paying Services
All services of NSB are excluded from cost sharing by the health insurance companies. All services are self-paying services.
Privacy & Data Processing
In principle, your personal data will be treated confidentially and will be used and processed exclusively within the framework of the applicable data protection laws.
The customer agrees that his personal data may be used for advertising for his own and third-party purposes (e.g. delivery of a customer newsletter and participation in their own competitions). The customer can prohibit the processing of personal data at any time without giving reasons and revoke the consent given for the future.
Collection of Personal Data
When you download a guide, subscribe to receive information, complete a questionnaire, or enquire about our services, we may collect personal data including:

Providing this information is voluntary. However, certain services (such as receiving a guide or participating in a personalised skin plan) require specific information in order to be delivered.

Upon request, or where no ongoing service relationship exists, uploaded images will be deleted
We treat such materials with strict confidentiality.
Email Marketing Provider
We use Mailchimp (Intuit Inc., USA) as our email marketing service provider. Personal data submitted through our forms may be stored and processed via Mailchimp in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Data may be transferred to and stored on servers located outside Switzerland or the European Union. Mailchimp implements appropriate safeguards to protect personal data.
Website Analytics and Advertising Technologies
This website uses tools such as Google Analytics and Meta (Facebook) Pixel to analyse website usage and measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.

Should a provision be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of all other provisions or agreements.
The court in Zurich has jurisdiction for disputes. Swiss law applies.
